[Cobo] Third Master Lease Purchase Series

Please have any items you wish to including on the third series of the
Master Lease Purchase Program submitted for the September State Regents'
meeting  by September 7th.   We expect that this series of bonds will be
closed during the first week of December.  You may use the attached
spreadsheet to submit your project listings.  If you have questions, please
call our offices.  Thanks.

Please remember that your projects must also have your board's approval and
may have to be submitted simultaneously.
