[Cobo] Meeting Schedule--Dec.12th

Our December meeting is scheduled for Thursday, December 12th at 10:00 am.  

We would like to spend some time on the tuition policy and Redbook revisions.  Please take a look at the copy of the Redbook you have been provided and be prepared to bring comments and suggestions to the meeting so that we can bring that project to closure in the next few months.  I have also attached a draft copy of the Redbook to this message for your convenience.
