Thanks to all of you who have provided feedback on the layouts that have
been provided.  We have been working through the conversion of data and are
to the point where we are beginning to produce the interface files that
agencies are needing in order to continue with their interface testing.  A
full schedule for interfaces will be available on Friday, April 25th.

In order to provide feedback and timely information to agencies, we are
requesting that each agency submit the following information to:
lisa.mckeithan at osf.state.ok.us

      agency number
      system (HR, PY, AP, PO, GL)
      contact name
      contact phone number
      contact fax number
      contact e-mail address

Vendor File
We have modified the vendor file layout based on comments we received from
agencies.  In general, for a vendor id/location, we have inserted the
ordering address and the remit to address in the layout.  We have also
added the date the vendor was last updated.  Please review the layout.  A
vendor file will be available on Monday, April 21st.

The dataset will be on the OSF mainframe with the name:  core.vendor.file


Commodity File
The commodity file will be available on Friday, April 18th.

The dataset will be on the OSF mainframe with the name:
core.commodity.file


Miscellaneous Claims
We have made some modifications to the layout.  This layout will fix some
errors on start/end positions that agencies have pointed out.  It also
provides some guidance on inter/intra agency payments and vendor/fei
processing.  We are currently testing our program with some test files that
some agencies have provided.  We will soon be ready to begin receiving test
files from more agencies.
