Subject: FY-2004 BWPs


This email is being sent to all agency budget and fiscal officers, the
director of the Senate Fiscal Staff and the Director of the House Fiscal
Staff.


The purpose of this correspondence is to update you regarding the
processing of your FY-2004 Budget Work Program (BWP).


April 28th, you received a memo from me regarding transition to the CORE
systems and the need to approach the FY-2004 Budget Work Programs in a
different manner this year.

Subsequent to that, the "go-live" date for the new CORE systems has been
rescheduled for a later date.

Therefore, the April 28th memo you received from me is no longer valid.
FY-2004 Budget Work Programs will be processed in the normal fashion, just
as they were for FY-2003.

Updated instructions for the FY-2004 BWPs will be sent to you soon.
