[Cobo] Adjunct / Overload Salary Survey

Attached is a preliminary copy of the Adjunct / Overload compensation
survey.  Please review the information for your Institution and let me
know if any changes or clarifications are needed.   We will distribute a
final copy of at the next COBO meeting.  Thanks for all the responses,
and again if anyone wants to add information please just let me know
before next Thursday.
