[Cobo] Requests for Changes to Academic Services Fees

As most of you know, the tuition policy was changed recently relative to
the deadline for submitting requests for changes to academic services
fees.  The deadline is now February 1 preceding the beginning of the
fiscal year in which the change is to be effective (instead of November
1).  
 
Attached are the updated forms for use in submitting your requests for
FY06.  You and your staff may already be working toward finalizing
requests and receiving board approval prior to the end of the fall
semester, the holidays, and the beginning of spring semester activities
in January.  If so, I will be glad to accept your institution's requests
at any time between now and February 1.  If you have any questions,
please let me know.
