[Cobo] capital budgets for FY07

If you are planning to enter your capital budgets in the near future,
please wait until the revision models are available from OSF.  The base
budgets are now considered approved and are no longer available for
entry.

 

Any changes (including your original FY07 entry for capital projects)
should be entered into the next available revision model.

 

You will need to select carefully, as the FY06 revision models are also
listed in your directories.

 

Please call me with any questions.  OSF is working to have the FY07
revision models published as quickly as possible.
