Please take note of the last bullet from CORE that the budget system
will be closed the week of April 27th - May 4th.  Please plan
accordingly.  If you need to make budget revisions, make them prior to
that week.

To all agency budget personnel:

The Process to sum your original and revisions will be run beginning
Sunday, April 13th. Any revisions completed and posted by OSF by this
date will be included in your budget history.

To Agencies electing to use Position Budgeting for FY2009 Budget: 

The "snapshot" for loading positions to the Budget System from the Human
Resource Management System is Saturday, April 19th. Any changes to the
HRMS system after this date, e.g., salary changes, new or filled
vacancies, will not be reflected in the Position Budget data. Please
make adjustments to positions as required.


To all agency budget personnel - IMPORTANT-
The Budget system will be shut down during the week of April 27th
through May 4th for data transfer. Users will not be able to work in
PeopleSoft Budget during this time. Please plan revisions work
accordingly.
