[Cobo] FW: AMBAC downgrade

Please note the disclosure requirements for any revenue bonds you may
have issued with related AMBAC insurance and take appropriate action.

 

 

 

Ambac was downgraded by Moody's Investors Service this week from "Baa1"
to "Ba3".  This downgrade is a "material event" under continuing
disclosure agreements, so any issuers with bonds insured by Ambac must
file a notice with the central repository (currently Disclosure USA).
