Business Officers, the following correspondence has been sent to your
Presidents. 

 

The FY2010 allocation packets will be available for pick up at noon on
Friday, May 22, 2009.  Please coordinate with your Presidents on who
will sign for the release of your institution's packet.  Any packets not
picked up by 4:30 pm. will be mailed through the regular U.S. Mail.  The
SRA-3 forms, including the schedule for federal stimulus fund
expenditure, will be sent electronically for your use in completing your
budget submission.

Due to the proposed early adjournment of the Oklahoma Legislature, the
State Regents will hold their May 2009 meeting on Friday, May 22, 2009.
We have placed the agenda listing for the State Regents' meeting
on-line.  We will place the full agenda on-line following the Regents'
committee meetings on Wednesday, May 20.
