Subject: ARRA Meeting Rescheduled - 


We are cancelling the ARRA meeting we had scheduled for this Wednesday,
Nov
18th.  We were hoping to have some additional guidance from OMB for the
12/31/09 reporting period, but have not heard anything yet.  We did have
some things we wanted to cover, but they were fairly minor issues.  So
rather than have everyone come for a short meeting, we will wait until
December and cover everything then.

I am attaching the powerpoint we had prepared for this Wednesday's
meeting.
Although wee will be covering this information in December, we thought
we
would go ahead and send it to you.

      Time:  1:00pm
      Location:  State Capitol Bldg - Room 104

If you will be reporting ARRA funds for the first time in this reporting
period, then we need you to contact us so we can provide information on
spreadsheets, userids, etc. that you will need.  Please contact the OSF
Help Desk at 521-2444 or helpdesk at osf.ok.gov and tell them you need
assistance with ARRA reporting and we will provide the information you
need.
