State agencies will receive a 5% reduction to their October FY-2010 General Revenue allocation. In accordance with Title 62, Section 34.49, agencies will be required to submit a revised budget for FY-2010 that reflects the reduced amount of General Revenue available to the agency. These revisions are due to the Office of State Finance by Friday, October 23. Please use the template language distributed previously for the description section of the required allotment letter. Please find attached a list reflecting the dollar amount of reductions to each agency. Contact your Budget Analyst if you need more detailed information. Sorry for the short notice. Otherwise, you'll need to plan for use following October 26th! -----Original Message----- From: Jennie.Pratt at osf.ok.gov [mailto:Jennie.Pratt at osf.ok.gov] Sent: Monday, October 19, 2009 8:46 AM To: Mauck, Sheri Subject: Fw: G5 Shutdown Sheri, The system we use to draw federal ARRA money for the Higher Ed payrolls will be down from Oct 20 through 25. This means we will not be able to request money after Oct 20 until Oct 26. The only universities that have a biweekly payroll during that time are 120, 480, and 760, payable on the 23rd. At this time it does not appear that they are using the Governor's stimulus for their bi-weekly payrolls. If they are planning to use any Governor's stimulus for the bi-weekly payable on the 23rd, we will need to order the money before noon on the 20th. This means that the request will need to be forwarded to us before the 20th. Additionally, if OCCC is planning to request any non-payroll draw, it will have to be requested before the 20th or after the 25th.
