We received the following communication from the feds and wanted to pass it along. Please verify your CCR is active and will not expire during the reporting period (see last paragraph) - this will alleviate many problems. If you experience any problems during the reporting period, please contact the OSF HelpDesk (521-2444 or helpdesk at osf.ok.gov) and we will be available to assist you. Thanks! The next ARRA s. 1512 reporting period opens on January 1, 2011. Recipients of American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA) funds are required to submit their quarterly reports to by midnight, Eastern Time on January? 10.? The Recovery Act Transparency Board has issued any extension to the statutory reporting deadline, establishing a late submission period that ends on January 14.? Your institution is encouraged to submit its reports as early in the reporting period as possible in order to ensure the reports are accepted in a timely and orderly fashion and benefit from all rounds of review conducted by NIH.? Adjustments ?can always be made to the reports later, if necessary. Although corrections can be made at various times throughout the quarter, NO REPORTS CAN BE SUBMITTED after January 14, 2011.? If the reporting window is missed, the report cannot be submitted.? If the submission fails because of validation errors, and the late submission period ends before your institution is able to make the necessary corrections, no extension will be granted.? Your institution is strongly encouraged to submit its ARRA reports early (during the regular submission period prior to January 10) to permit time for validations to be processed by the FederalReporting.gov system and validation errors to be addressed. Please remember to verify that your Institution's Central Contractor Registration is active prior to the beginning of the reporting period.? If the CCR expires, the FRPIN will no longer be active and your institution will be unable to submit reports.? Since this can take several days to resolve, failure to renew the CCR can result in non-compliance. Lisa McKeithan Office of State Finance - ISD Enterprise Systems & Business Analyst 405.521.3772
