Subject: ARRA Reporting - 3/31/2010 reporting period

Well, it's time for the quarterly ARRA reporting. The reporting time
frame
for the 3/31/2010 reporting period is April 1st - April 10th. The state
central repository is now available, so if you are ready to submit your
quarterly report(s), you may go ahead and do so. We will begin
submitting
data to the federal web site no later than Monday, April 5th.

The feds have not announced any major changes for this reporting period.
However, they have stated that they are not planning extensions to the
published deadlines, so all reports are due by Saturday, April 10th.
The
time line published on federalreporting.gov shows:

APRIL REPORTING TIMELINE

 April 1 - 10 Recipients Report

 April 11 - 12 Recipient Review

 April 13 - 29 Agency Review

April 30 Data is published on Recovery.gov

May 3 - June Continuous QA Period
 14

June 16 Final Continuous QA data published on
               Recovery.gov

So, please submit your reports as early as possible. Remember that
although it loads successfully into the state system, it can still be
rejected by the feds, so please allow plenty of time to make any
corrections and resubmit if needed. It is our preference that everyone
have their reporting completed by close of business on Thursday, April
8th
so that we can ensure that everything gets uploaded - without errors -
to
the federal web site by Friday (April 9th).

NOTICE TO FIRST TIME REPORTERS:
Before you can upload information, you need to submit your contact
information to us. Please send it to the OSF Help Desk
(helpdesk at osf.ok.gov) and we will add your contacts to the system). If
you
need any assistance, please contact the help desk.

Thanks!
