[Cobo] COBO Chair for the coming year

You will recall that at its May meeting the COBO elected Chris Kuwitzky
to serve as Chair during the upcoming fiscal year.  Chris was not
present at the meeting and, unfortunately, will not be able to accept
the position.  He has recommended that Terri Pinkston serve as Chair on
OU's behalf.  So, our first action of business at the September 2011
meeting will be to elect Terri as Chair or seek additional nominations
from the floor.
