[Cobo] OTRS Rule Changes -- Fiscal Impact Needed

As a follow-up to the discussion lead by Glen Pinkston at our Council of
Business Officer's meeting on the OTRS propose rule changes, the State
Regents' office has been asked to compile a fiscal impact to our
institutions.

 

Attached is the summary of the rule impact statement provided by OTRS on
the proposed rule changes.  You are asked to carefully review the rules
in each section and to summarize the fiscal impact to your institution.
If you find no fiscal impact, please respond with that answer.
