I know this has to be a stressful time. Let me know if I can do anything to help. I wanted to touch base and see if you would send the RFP out to your OKWHE email list. I have sent it to the database twice. However, it was two years ago when we populated that database and I think you have an updated set of lists that would help us reach more people. I also wondered if you would send it out to the institutional reps to have them send it out on there campuses. I believe you have the updated list of names for the institutional reps. Maybe we can consolidate those on Thursday. Here is what I sent out on SWOSU's campus. I moved the date for submissions to August 5th. The original date was July 15th. We simply have not received enough presentations. I hope the extension will increase the numbers. You might also want to look at the registration page and make sure that you don't see anything that I missed. See you Thursday.
