Colleagues,

The Oklahoma Women in Higher Education Conference will be held Friday,
November 16, 2012 in Edmond. The focus for the 2012 Conference is:
"Mentoring." Oklahoma Women in Higher Education welcomes both staff and
faculty to our conference. Our goal is to provide an opportunity for
women from across the state a comfortable environment to network.  Thank
you for your participation in our annual conference. We look forward to
seeing you there. 

We encourage participants to submit break out session proposals,
publications, posters, and research relevant to issues of women in
higher education for our 2012 OKWHE conference. Please complete this
form by August 5th (

If you have any questions, please contact Dr. Tami Moser (

We will notify presenters by August 15, 2012. Please be aware that all
presenters must also register for the conference by September 1st to

Hi Debbie-

I hope you are doing well. I know this has to be a stressful time. Let
me know if I can do anything to help.

I wanted to touch base and see if you would send the RFP out to your
OKWHE email list. I have sent it to the database twice. However, it was
two years ago when we populated that database and I think you have an
updated set of lists that would help us reach more people. I also
wondered if you would send it out to the institutional reps to have them
send it out on there campuses. I believe you have the updated list of
names for the institutional reps. Maybe we can consolidate those on
Thursday. 

Here is what I sent out on SWOSU's campus. I moved the date for
submissions to August 5th. The original date was July 15th. We simply
have not received enough presentations. I hope the extension will
increase the numbers. You might also want to look at the registration
page and make sure that you don't see anything that I missed.
