[Cobo] FY2016-2023 Annual Campus Master Plan

The Annual Campus Master Plan will be entered beginning this year through the new OMES Hyperion Budgeting System- Capital Planning Module.  Many have just completed training to gain the necessary access to add your projects.  If you did not attend last week's trainings, please complete the on line UPK training as quickly as possible and submit the necessary completion notifications to Lia Tepker (lia.tepker at omes.ok.gov).  Please find additional instructions on the attached memos and forms.
The STATE REGENT'S deadline for submission is JUNE 10, 2015.  Please have all your projects entered and return the attached summary sheet letting me know how many projects you have submitted for use in preparation for the June agenda item.  Thank you.  Please let me know if you have any questions.  Please pass along to the appropriate contact on your campus as necessary.
