Johnson Date: Tuesday, December 22, 2015 Subject: Update on FY16 Budget (current year) In an effort to keep you updated regarding the FY16 revenue failure, estimates provided today by Jill Geiger, Budget Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES), indicate that FY16 current year General Revenue allocations will be reduced by approximately 3% annualized. Jill Geiger indicates that this would equate to a 6% reduction in the monthly allocations received from general revenue for the remaining six months of FY16 (January through June). It is expected that Secretary Doerflinger will make a formal statement on the exact percentages and reduction amounts in the next couple of days. Once the final reductions are announced by Secretary Doerflinger, you will receive an estimated calculation from Vice Chancellor Amanda Paliotta on the amount your institution will be impacted.
