We will not be mailing the hard copy packets unless you specifically request them documents to mailed by return email request to Sheri Mauck (smauck at osrhe.edu) Please be prepared to share with the appropriate individuals within your institutions that require the budget packet materials for budget preparations. The cover letter and corresponding agenda items and schedules will provide your campus with specific information required to prepare your budget, so please read the materials and follow the guidelines and deadlines as outlined. The budget timetable was shared with you at the last COBO meeting and will be covered again in the cover letter in the budget packet. Please note the following email addresses for the electronic submission of the materials due on June 13, 2018: (1) SRA-3 Budget forms and background materials - Emailed to Yolenda Collier (ycollier at osrhe.edu) and three hole-punched copies mailed with organizational chart to Amanda Paliotta. (2) FY19 Tuition and Mandatory Fee Request - Emailed to Jared Bellingar (Jbellingar at osrhe.edu) (3) Annual Campus Master Plan - Emailed to Sheri Mauck (smauck at osrhe.edu) (4) OMES Electronic Budget Spreadsheet - This is new and replaces the Hyperion on line system used in the past. See the template attached above. - Emailed to Sheri Mauck (smauck at osrhe.ed) Not due until June 25, 2018, but you may send as soon as your budget is completed. They will be reviewed and submitted electronically to OMES for processing into the General Ledgers for each institution. As you are probably aware, the issues with Hyperion are still unresolved. The software that was supposed to be initiated in the past year is not viable either. Due to the ongoing software issues, I am using the spreadsheet again this year. I did not make any changes to the spreadsheet, other than updating the fiscal year columns. If I remember correctly, last year you handled communication to your agencies regarding the capital outlay request submittal spreadsheet. Is that how you would like to proceed this year? If anyone has questions or needs in-depth assistance, I am happy to help.
