Julie Corley, assistant attorney general contracted to OMES State Risk Management Corley was an assistant attorney general with the Office of the Oklahoma Attorney General from 1990 through 2000 in the Litigation Unit and legal counsel for risk management. She returned to risk management in November of 2012, as an assistant attorney general in the Legal Counsel Unit under contract with OMES to provide legal counsel for Risk Management.
