Subject: [Cobo] Updated CARES ACT I and II Expense Report Form

In order to accommodate the reporting process for the continued use of CARES Act I and II stimulus funding, please find the attached updated reporting form.

You will be required to update the columns highlighted in yellow that carries forward your cumulative allocations and expenditures from the previous report form for March 2020 - Dec. 2020.

Many of you did not include in your December report the funds that were made available as reimbursement through the State's CARESI Funds.  Please note that source and update as your were able to draw for reimbursement in the January 2021 submission.

Please use this update worksheet to report your expense activity through January 31, 2021, and then report each month thereafter, until the funding period is met. The following schedule has been developed as a calendar to submit the reports on a regular basis.
