[Cobo] Nursing Cost Template - Due Friday, 9/23/22

Business Officers,

In response to a request from the legislature, we have been asked to survey the public colleges and universities for "costs relating to nursing programs and the related number of students and graduates."   The template provided is the format that was requested for this survey.  It was specifically asked that you break out your responses by location, if your programs are offered in different locations, so columns have been included for which to account for the costs by location. The survey request covers FY21 and FY22.
