Subject:               Asbestos Abatement Report


The Department of Labor has requested that the institutions within the State System of Higher Education provide information on asbestos abatement projects as required in Senate Bill 1049. Attached you will find a spreadsheet format for your response.  The format is the same as has been used in previous years.  You are been asking to identify the expenditures for this current fiscal year (FY24) and to project abatement expenditures for FY25.

Please return your response by fax 405-225-9230 or email (smauck at osrhe.edu<mailto:smauck at osrhe.edu>), to the attention of Sheri Mauck, when completed and no later than Friday, January 26, 2024.  If your institution has not had any abatement projects and none expected, please report that on the form and return.  Thanks.
