are scheduled for the November 17th House committee meeting may want a 

representative to attend the session this afternoon (Nov. 10th) at 2:00 pm 

at the Capital to see the interaction of the institutional representatives 

scheduled to present at today's meeting.   The idea is that this 

observation will help your institution prepare for next Monday's meeting.
