Council adopted this afternoon an allocation for each institution in
anticipation of new capital bond proposal. We now are asking that you work
with your Presidents in defining projects to match your institutional
allocation. The project descriptions are due back to the State Regents'
Office by February 11th for preparation for the State Regents' February 13th
meeting. <SPAN class=891243121-04022004><FONT face=Arial size=2>Your
President will have the amount of the allocation for your
institution.</FONT></SPAN></FONT></SPAN></DIV>

submission format that should be used for each project that your institution
will be submitting The format will allow uniformity in the information
that we are collecting and will be eventually presented to the
