is Michael A. Olivas, William B. Bates Distinguished Chair in Law and Director
of the Institute for Higher Education Law and Governance at the University of
Houston.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>Professor Olivas will
present “The USA PATRIOT Act: When They Name Legislation after Something
Patriotic, Duck for Cover.”<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes">
</SPAN>OU-Tulsa President Ken Levit will also address the conference on the
changes in Oklahoma higher education since 9/11.<SPAN
style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>We are also pleased to publicize that
the Honorable Vicki Miles-LaGrange, Federal District Judge and the first
African-American to sit on the bench in the Western District, will be the
luncheon speaker.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes">

Discipline, Use of Race & Ethnicity, Employment Issues, Federal Hot Topics,
Immunization of Students in the Dorms, and Sarbanes Oxley and higher

you to comment on these topics or to suggest additional topics for the
