yesterday's COBO meeting, attached are the electronic files pertaining to FY06
tuition and mandatory fee requests. The forms are very similar to last
year's forms with the exception of a minor change in Section
II, <EM>Mandatory Fees</EM>. The E&G Part I (290 Fund)
Mandatory Fees are grouped together in Section II. A. as are Auxiliary (700
Fund) Mandatory Fees in Section II. B. and a subtotal for each is
calculated. In addition, the combined Total Mandatory Fees is
calculated in Section II. C. This will not affect the total
calculation of mandatory fees, but is merely categorizing like-type mandatory
fees and will provide a subtotal for the two different categories
of mandatory fees.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>

cost-effective measures implemented, and communication to

your request has not yet been approved by your governing board by the June 10
submission deadline, submit your request with that noted. I will follow-up
to confirm the board approval prior to the State Regents' meeting on June
30 at 1:00 p.m., when the requests will be presented for
