team approved last week by the OCIA to structure the FY2006 Capital Bond
Issuance. In order to properly structure the issuance we need updated

you will actually need to draw bond funds. The attached schedules need to
be updated for each project and include the best estimated information

in October 2005. This is still a “best case” scenario, yet we
