appropriate form(s) for your institution's tier and programs, as well as
the narrative form documenting the impact on students' ability to pay,
enrollment, availability of financial aid, cost-effective measures implemented,
and communication to students/constituents. For each mandatory fee which
your institution will be changing, please submit the corresponding Request
for Changes to Mandatory Fees form (also attached).</FONT></SPAN></DIV>

9</STRONG>, is the deadline for submitting the requests. If your
request has not been approved by your governing board by June 9, indicate
the date you anticipate governing board approval and I will follow-up to confirm
the approval prior to the State Regents' meeting on June 29 when the requests
will be presented for consideration. If you have any questions, please let
