aspects: 1) separate forms are provided for each tier for completing
Section I (Tuition) -- A) Differentiated Rate and B) Single
Rate -- for undergraduate, graduate, and professional
programs; and 2) the guaranteed tuition rate columns have been
added for the research and regional institutions. (HB 3397
removed community colleges from the guaranteed tuition rate
