working out the final details of how to credit schools for their COBRA
payments. It sounds as though they will have that info ready either later
today or tomorrow morning. Payroll personnel or finance officers will

of the state employees. OSEEGIB will notify OSF as the 35% payments are
received, and OSF will physically cut checks weekly for those payments (the 65%
employer-paid) made by the pre-determined cutoff date. OSF anticipates
something similar for the universities, even for those not on OSEEGIB’s
plan. They will be seeking input from schools today as to feasibility
before they issue the final instructions.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
