<p class="MsoNormal">Shauna – After undergoing a legal review earlier today it has been determined that the revised MSA agreement that was sent to Western Oklahoma State College that refers to “Affiliate” has been approved for use by all higher education entities.
Please send the corresponding MSA “Affiliate” agreement to each of the entities for their final review and approval. We will advise the IT and Business Officers of this decision and that they should expect to receive the proper documents (if they haven’t
