<p class="MsoNormal">This morning we received the sad news from President David Bryant that Larry Peters passed away this past weekend. Larry was the Vice President of Fiscal Affairs at OPSU. He was a tremendous asset to that institution and to the entire
system of higher education. A memorial service for Larry will be held this Thursday, September 4, at 2pm, at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses , 1023 Sunset Lane, Guymon. Please keep Larry’s family and his OPSU colleagues in your thoughts and prayers.
