<p class="MsoNormal"><a name="body"></a>Following up on the discussion at our Council of Presidents meeting on Wednesday, March 11 regarding Oklahoma’s Promise Day at the State Capitol, I wanted to provide you additional details regarding the event.

<p class="MsoNormal">Oklahoma’s Promise Day is scheduled to be held at the State Capitol on Tuesday, April 14. The purpose of the event will be to provide an opportunity for students receiving the OKPromise scholarship to show support and appreciation for the
program and to ask legislators to protect the dedicated funding source for the scholarship program.

<p class="MsoNormal">As was discussed during our Council of Presidents meeting, we would like to utilize real stories from OKPromise students at our colleges and universities to incorporate into visual aids for the event.
<b>Please provide a paragraph from one Oklahoma’s Promise student about his/her experience (what OKPromise means to the student, how it has changed the student’s life, etc.) to Hollye Hunt at
