<p class="MsoNormal">The appropriation reduction numbers in these scenarios are based on the following assumptions:<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">We hope this information will be helpful in your discussions with your area Representatives and Senators regarding how these proposed cuts will negatively impact your institutions. We would encourage you to begin these discussions with
your area legislators this weekend.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">As we continue to schedule meetings with the Legislative leadership and representatives from the Governor’s office in the next 10 days, our system-wide goals for the budget will be to receive:<o:p></o:p></p>

<li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list:l2 level1 lfo5">A flat, standstill budget for FY16 with no appropriation reductions; and
