<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:black">We received notification yesterday afternoon from the Office of Management and Enterprise Services that after final reconciliation of FY17 General Revenue, state agencies will be refunded the budget reductions
that were made in March 2017 due to a revenue failure declaration. </span>Higher education will receive a refund in the amount of $4,569,230.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"> <o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><u>The State Regents will fully allocate these funds back to the institutions, constituent agencies, and State Regents as soon as possible in the same proportion as the General Revenue cuts sustained in March 2017.</u> Attachment 1 shows
the final FY17 reconciliation for the allocation of state appropriated funds. The highlighted columns indicate the March 2017 General Revenue reductions as well as the funding that will be received as a result of the reconciliation.<o:p></o:p></p>
