<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Secretary of Budget Mike Mazzei has requested that our colleges and universities provide detailed information with regard to a potential FY21 budget cut scenario of 3 percent.

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Accordingly, Secretary Mazzei has requested that we ask each college and university to submit a narrative response that specifies the negative impacts that a 3 percent budget
cut would have on your respective campuses, faculty, staff, and students. Please be as specific as possible on the negative impacts to particular programs and functions that a 3 percent reduction in state appropriations would impose upon your operations in
FY21.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
