<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="mso-bookmark:_Hlk39503519"><a name="body"></a>I wanted to let you know that this morning the Oklahoma House of Representatives passed the General Appropriations bill (SB 1922) by a vote of 77-23. A copy of the press release
issued by the Oklahoma House of Representatives regarding SB 1922 has been attached (Attachment 1). Additionally, a copy of the House vote on SB 1922 has been attached for your review (Attachment 2).<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="mso-bookmark:_Hlk39503519"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="mso-bookmark:_Hlk39503519">SB 1922 contains our state system of higher education’s appropriation for FY21 and has programmed higher education for a total appropriation of $770,414,742.
<b>This represents a 3.95% percent decrease from the FY20 budget. </b><o:p></o:p></span></p>
