<b>Forecasted Agenda:</b> Our primary focus for this session will be an <b>in-depth presentation from HCM</b> regarding their ongoing work on the performance funding formula (for FY27 allocations). This will be a significant opportunity to engage with the concepts

 being developed. This presentation will be the same content as their presentation to the Council of Presidents last week.  With discussion and questions, this will likely take 30-45 minutes.</div>
