After our presentation at the COBO meeting on systemwide health benefits cost increases, it was requested that we share the results of the OSRHE Health Benefits survey.  I have attached a summary and synthesis of those materials.  We are confident that you
 will all agree that this report presents a treasure trove of opportunities to inspire analysis, discussion, scrutiny, institution-level cost avoidance and potentially system level collective action.</div>
