Assist library users in finding information. Conduct reference interviews to determine and meet information needs. Investigate and implement any needed changes to reference policies/procedures and services. Create and/or update LibGuides for subject areas in various formats. Share responsibility for collection development of reference and other print and electronic materials and databases. Assist with developing and maintaining the library's web page. Create online library tutorials for use by library patrons. Conduct evaluation methods to measure effectiveness of reference services.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoPlainText><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoPlainText>Plans, teaches and assesses information literacy instruction in collaboration with faculty and/or Division Chair. Coordinate, plan and implement an effective and efficient library instruction/information literacy program for OSUIT students. Provide library instruction through individual assistance, orientations, and classroom instruction. Utilize Web 2.0 tools to instruct, communicate and demonstrate library research tools. Maintain records and usage statistics for the library instruction/information literacy program and electronic databases.
