needs and list smartboards? Are those actually a possibility? I
would not list something like that unless it was. Also I would find
out what version of office is available at the location and list it on
the form if possible. If we do not find that out until later then
it is something to remember to contact the presenters with in case they
have a later version and need to save powerpoint slides to earlier versions.</font>

times, I really want to squeeze in a F2F meeting soon, but I think
this next meeting will have to be online again because of time constraints.
If we go ahead and decide at this upcoming meeting to hold a second
June meeting, I would vote we make the second meeting an in-person affair.</font><font size=3 face="Times New Roman">
