<p class="MsoNormal">February’s COIL meeting is scheduled for the 21<sup>st</sup> at 1:30 pm.  We will be meeting at OSU Tulsa.  Lunch will be at noon at a nearby restaurant if you wish to join us.  (There are lots of great places to eat in this area, and if
