will get a ticket for parking without paying!</p>

<li class="MsoNormal" style="">Hit any button to wake pay station/get to license plate screen (1-2 times)</li><li class="MsoNormal" style="">Enter license plate number</li><li class="MsoNormal" style="">Click purchase ticket</li><li class="MsoNormal" style="">Select $10 all day rate</li><li class="MsoNormal" style="">Enter 1 and hit ok</li><li class="MsoNormal" style="">Select Yes for coupon</li><li class="MsoNormal" style="">Enter coupon code given to you by the department (the library code is LIBRARY13)</li><li class="MsoNormal" style="">Take receipt and head to your destination</li></ol>
