Our campus copyright expert (who is a strict constructionist) has informed me that its very difficult to copyright protect survey questions. I have always kept a big file of survey forms categorized by type (alumni, new students, faculty, etc.) just for this purpose. -archer Archer Gravely, Director Institutional Research UNC Asheville (828) 232-5118 On Wed, Nov 30, 2011 at 11:35 AM, Julie Rao wrote: > Hello all, > > Point of the story, how do you feel about using the questions developed > for the COPLAC NSSE consortium in other venues? > > A question on advising came up on our state's IR list serv and I shared > the COPLAC question about the primary source of advising.
