[COPLAC-IR] next steps in NSSE 2016 planning

Hi Brian,

First, you have done such a fantastic job of managing the COPLAC NSSE
consortium that no one would dare to try to fill your shoes!

This may carry less weight as Geneseo is not doing the NSSE in 2016, but
when we do participate in 2017, we will repeat the same two modules we did
in 2014. We would not be using the NSSE consortium questions. If I recall
correctly, that added a step to having us included in the NSSE COPLAC
comparison data in 2014.
