Hello again, Mark,

I've noticed another area of idiosyncrasy in the template.  In the Graduation Rates section (rows 85-90), it would be good to confirm that folks submitted the Numbers of students in their cohorts for 4-yr and 6-yr graduation rate, not the calculated rates.   We opted to provide the headcounts in this section, so that consortium-wide average grad rates would be weighted appropriately (as opposed to being stuck with averaging a set of percentages which isn't great given how differently sized our colleges are).

In particular, the one that jumped out was Univ. of Illinois Springfield, which shows that 36.1 first-time, first-years were in their most recent cohort for a four-year graduation rate (odd that there is a .1 student in their cohort); then further odd that 87 of those 36.1 students completed in 4 years or less -- (not possible).  What I fear happened, is that they provided a graduation rate for some cohort in row 89, not their starting cohort count from Fall 2011.

Here is the draft of the 2015-16 Data Profile.  I will make it into a single document when it is ready for distribution.  Please review the data and let me know if there are any corrections that need to be made by the end of next week.  I will be sending Dr. Spellman a final copy of this on the 20th so it will be available for the meeting later this month.  After the meeting I will make any necessary changes and then send both the pdf report and the excel spreadsheet to you.

The word file is the intro and cover page and the pdf is the actual data.
