[COPLAC-IR] teaching load

New College of Florida use 4-1-4 academic calendar.  For fall and spring
term (4 month each), faculty teach 2 regular courses + tutorials,
independent reading, and thesis.  Faculty teach independent study project
in the January term (only last for one month).
